By using the Vegan Tribe Cafe website at https://vegantribecafe.com (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

• “We”, “us”, “our” means Vegan Tribe Cafe.
• “You”, “customer”, “user” means any person who visits or uses the Site.
• “Services” means online ordering, delivery, catering, membership accounts, newsletters, and any other services offered on the Site.

• Order Acceptance — All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or unavailable items.
• Prices and Taxes — Prices shown on the Site include applicable taxes where required. Delivery, service, and other fees will be displayed at checkout.
• Payment Methods — We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. If you use a third‑party payment processor, you agree to that processor’s terms.
• Authorization and Billing — By placing an order you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. You are responsible for keeping payment information current.
• Chargebacks — If you dispute a charge with your bank, we may suspend or terminate your account while we investigate.

If you subscribe to any recurring service (for example, a membership or coffee club), your subscription will auto‑renew until canceled. You must cancel before the next billing date to avoid being charged. See your account settings to manage subscriptions.

• Food and Perishables — Due to the perishable nature of food, refunds or replacements are provided only when items are incorrect, damaged, or spoiled on delivery. Report issues within 24 hours of delivery.
• Non‑Perishables and Merchandise — Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery if items are unused and in original condition. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item was defective.
• Refund Process — Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we confirm eligibility. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

• Ingredient Variability — Menu items may change due to seasonal availability. We make reasonable efforts to list ingredients accurately but cannot guarantee that a dish is free from allergens.
• Cross‑Contamination — Our kitchen handles common allergens and cross‑contamination may occur. If you have a food allergy or sensitivity, notify us before ordering. You assume responsibility for any allergic reactions.
• No Medical Advice — Menu descriptions are not medical advice. For serious allergies, consult a medical professional.

• Account Creation — You may create an account to save shipping information, view orders, and manage subscriptions. Keep your password secure.
• Account Responsibility — You are responsible for activity on your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
• Privacy and Cookies — We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site you consent to our use of cookies and tracking as described in that policy. (See Privacy Policy link.)

• Prohibited Conduct — Do not use the Site to post unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or harassing content. Do not attempt to interfere with Site operations or upload malware.
• Moderation — We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
• User‑Submitted Content — If you post reviews or other content, you grant us a nonexclusive, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, and display that content on the Site and in marketing.

All Site content, including text, images, logos, and menus, is owned or licensed by Vegan Tribe Cafe. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our trademarks without prior written permission.

• No Warranty — The Site and Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free service.
• Limitation of Liability — To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vegan Tribe Cafe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use and, where applicable, request a refund under our Refunds policy.

You agree to indemnify and hold Vegan Tribe Cafe and its affiliates harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Provincial Government of Cavite without regard to conflict of law rules. For disputes between you and Vegan Tribe Cafe, you agree to the dispute process described as arbitration. Note: your agreement with GoDaddy for hosting and services is separate and may include its own dispute resolution terms. 

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site for violations of these Terms or for operational reasons. We may also modify or discontinue features at any time.
