We are an international Vegan family living in the Philippines.
At 9 years of age I started working as an "all-around" in my mother's canteen at a compound in Paranaque, Metro Manila.
I started cooking Pinoy food there; breakfast, chicken adobo, burgers, sisig, French fries, coffee, etc.

I started cooking Pinoy food there; breakfast, chicken adobo, burgers, sisig, French fries, coffee, etc.
Our customers were company executives, accountants, factory workers, security guards, tricycle drivers and walk-in friends and neighbors.
I started Vegan Tribe Cafe on February 20, 2024 with my husband, the founder.
I am now the head chef.
Recent background;
Me and my family watched "Earthlings" which was narrated by Joaquin Phoenix. We also watched "What the Health" which was written and produced by
Kip Andersen and Keegan Kuhn.
Our whole family decided to
"Go Vegan" in 2013.
We are proponents of ethical Veganism; empathetic and compassionate. Our circle of compassion includes all kinds not just humankind.
Don't worry about cross contamination.
Meat, fish, eggs, milk, butter and dairy products are never permitted in our restaurant.
Vegan ice cream is on our menu.
A daughter was born in Manila in 2008.
In the USA a son was born in 2013 and another daughter in 2014.
Our whole family works in the cafe.

Junior Co-Owner, Chef and Barista
At 17 she is a barista and is becoming an accomplished chef of 100% Vegan plant-based cuisine.
Occasionally she does some baking for the cafe and our Hannah's Bake Shop division.
She has been Vegan since 2013.
In her spare time she works as a fingernail artist.
Soon she will be attending a local university.

At 12 years of age he is assistant manager of operations.
He is a temporary dishwasher.
His parents hope he will be instrumental in growing the cafe into a major market presence.
He is studying to be a barista.
He also serves in public relations and as sales director.
He enjoys meeting the public while he distributes sample menus to neighbors and others. He asks people to

Junior Co-Owner and Assistant Cafe Steward
At 10 years old, is serving as an "all-around" at the cafe.
She is the creator of our newest drinks, "Dragon's Breath" and "Dragon Fruit Frappe." Her drinks are becoming famous among our customers already!
She is hoping they will go international. Have you ordered one yet?
She sorts the dishes when they have dried after washing.
She receives deliveries and puts goods where they belong on shelves, in refrigerators and freezers. During the day she sweeps, mops, straightens up and puts flowers on tables.
She also serves in public relations and aspires to be the
Human Relations director.

She is a waitress and is training as a barista. She helps out around the cafe.
