Experience Plant Based Cuisine at Vegan Tribe Cafe

At 9 years of age she started working as an "all-around" in her mother's canteen at a compound in Paranaque, Metro Manila. She started cooking Pinoy food there: breakfast, chicken adobo, burgers, sisig, French fries, coffee, etc.

Their customers were company executives, accountants, factory workers, security guards, tricycle drivers and walk in friends and neighbors.

She founded Vegan Tribe Cafe on February 20, 2024.

She is now the head chef.

Recent background:

She and her family watched "Earthlings" which was narrated by Juaquin Phoenix. The whole family decided to

"Go Vegan" in 2013.

They are proponents of ethical Veganism; empathetic and compassionate. Their circle of compassion includes all kinds not just humankind.

Don't worry about cross contamination.

Meat, fish, eggs, milk, butter and dairy products are never permitted in their home or restaurant.

Vegan ice cream is on their menu. 

A daughter was born in Manila in 2008. In the USA a boy was born in 2013 and a girl in 2014.

The whole family now works in the cafe.

At 17 she is serving as a barista and is becoming an accomplished cook of plant based cuisine.

Occasionally she does some baking for the cafe and our Hannah's Bake Shop division.

In her spare time she works as fingernail artist.

Soon she will be attending a local university.

At 12 years of age he is assistant manager of operations.

He is a temporary dishwasher.

He plans to be instrumental in growing the cafe into a major market presence.

He is studying to be a barista.

He also serves in public relations and as sales director.

He enjoys meeting the public while he distributes sample menus to neighbors and others. He asks people to

At 10 years old, is serving as an "all-around" at the cafe.

She sorts the dishes when they have dried.

She receives deliveries and puts goods where they belong on shelves, in refrigerators and freezers. During the day she sweeps, mops, straightens up and puts flowers on tables.
