She founded Vegan Tribe Cafe on February 20, 2024.
She is now the head chef.

She and her family watched "Earthlings" which was narrated by Juaquin Phoenix. The whole family decided to
"Go Vegan" in 2013.
They are proponents of ethical Veganism; empathetic and compassionate. Their circle of compassion includes all kinds not just humankind.

Meat, fish, eggs, milk, butter and dairy products are never permitted in their home or restaurant.
Vegan ice cream is on their menu.
A daughter was born in Manila in 2008. In the USA a boy was born in 2013 and a girl in 2014.
The whole family now works in the cafe.

Junior Co-Owner, Chef and Barista
At 17 she is a barista and is becoming an accomplished sous chef of plant based cuisine.
Occasionally she does some baking for the cafe and our Hannah's Bake Shop division.
She has been Vegan since 2013.
In her spare time she works as fingernail artist.
Soon she will be attending a local university

At 12 years of age he is assistant manager of operations.
He is a temporary dishwasher.
He plans to be instrumental in growing the cafe into a major market presence.
He is studying to be a barista.
He also serves in public relations and as sales director.
He enjoys meeting the public while he distributes sample menus to neighbors and others. He asks people to

At 10 years old, is serving as an "all-around" at the cafe.
She is the creator of our newest drinks, "Dragon's Breath" and "Dragon Fruit Frappe." They are becoming famous among our customers already!
She is hoping they will go international. Have you ordered one yet?
She sorts the dishes when they have dried after washing.
She receives deliveries and puts goods where they belong on shelves, in refrigerators and freezers. During the day she sweeps, mops, straightens up and puts flowers on tables.
She also serves in public relations and aspires to be the
Human Relations director.

She is a waitress and is training as a barista. She helps out around the cafe.

We can cater events for you. Corporate meetings, Employee meetings, Weddings, Training sessions, Luncheons, etc.

Vegan food preparation is different. One of the main things we must prevent is "cross contamination". To prevent it, animal products are never permitted in our kitchen or cafe.

I am Irene, co-owner and head chef at Vegan Tribe Cafe, my husband, Timo, is founder and co-owner. He is the manager of this cafe and also our Chief Marketing Officer.
My daughter Hannah is my sous chef and baker.
