A. Yes, customers can absolutely submit a photo of themselves (or anything else relevant) when leaving a Google review—including those prompted by Google Boost features.

- When a customer is redirected to your Google Business Profile via a QR code, they can:

- Write a review
- Tap “Add Photo” to upload images from their phone
